Thank you for shopping at The Genesis Store. As our products are printed on-demand specifically for you, we have a strict return policy. Please read it carefully.
Our Policy in Brief: We do not accept returns or offer exchanges for items where the customer has ordered the wrong size, color, or simply changed their mind.
We only offer a free replacement for items that are defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item.
7-Day Replacement Window We have a 7-day replacement policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a replacement for a faulty product.
Damages and Issues Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately (within 7 days of delivery) if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. This allows us to evaluate the issue and make it right.
How to Request a Replacement To start a replacement request, please contact us at admin@thegenesis.store within 7 days of receiving your order. In your email, please include:
Your order number.
A clear description of the issue.
Required: Clear photos or a video showing the defect, damage, or wrong item received.
Required: A photo of the packing slip that was included in your package.
If your replacement request is approved, we will ship a new item to you at no additional cost. Please do not send your item back to us, as we do not accept physical returns. Items sent back to us without first requesting a replacement will not be accepted or refunded.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable & Non-Exchangeable Items Since every product is made to order, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for any of the following reasons:
You ordered the wrong size, color, or design. (Please check the size charts on our product pages carefully before ordering).
You changed your mind about the product ("buyer's remorse").
Minor variations in color due to screen display differences.
Unfortunately, we also cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges We do not offer exchanges. If you have ordered the wrong size or color, we are unable to replace it. We strongly encourage you to consult the size chart available on each product page before placing your order to ensure you get the perfect fit.
Refunds We primarily offer replacements for faulty items. Refunds are only issued in the rare case that we are unable to provide a replacement for a defective, damaged, or incorrect item (for example, if the product is out of stock).
If a refund is approved, we will notify you, and you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your refund, please contact us at admin@thegenesis.store.
