Shipping policy

Thank you for shopping at The Genesis Store! This policy outlines everything you need to know about how we process and ship your orders. Because every product is printed on-demand just for you, our timelines include both a processing period and a shipping period.

Order Processing Time

All our products are created after an order is placed. Please allow 2-7 business days for us to process, print, and pack your order for shipping.

Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding national holidays in India.

Estimated Shipping Time

Once your order is processed and dispatched, the shipping time will depend on your location. Here are our estimates:

  • Metro & Major Cities: 2-5 business days

  • Rest of India: 4-7 business days

Total Estimated Delivery Time

To get an idea of when you can expect your order, please add our processing time to the shipping time:

Total Delivery Time = Order Processing Time (2-7 days) + Shipping Time (2-7 days)

Therefore, you can typically expect your order to arrive within 4 to 14 business days from the date of purchase.

Please Note: These are estimated delivery times. Delays can occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, logistical issues with the courier, or regional holidays. We are not liable for delays caused by the courier company, but we will do our best to help you track your order.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order and your delivery location. The final shipping fee will be displayed on the checkout page before you complete your payment.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number and a link to the courier's website. You can use this to track the status of your delivery. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to become active.

Shipping Address

It is the customer's responsibility to provide a complete and accurate shipping address. Please ensure your address includes your full name, street address, PIN code, and a valid phone number.

The Genesis Store is not responsible for orders that are lost or returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address. If an order is returned to us (RTO - Return to Origin) because of an incorrect address or because it was unclaimed, the customer will be responsible for the reshipment costs.

International Shipping

Currently, we primarily ship within India. If you are interested in shipping to an international location, please contact us at admin@thegenesis.store before placing an order to inquire about possibilities and shipping rates. Please be aware that international customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees that may be charged upon delivery.
