Eligibility for Cancellation:

  • Cancellations are only accepted before the order has moved to the "Processing Stage".
  • Orders that have entered the processing stage or have already been dispatched cannot be canceled.

Important Note:

  • Cancellation requests made after the order has moved to the processing stage will not be entertained under any circumstances.

2. Replacement Policy

While we do not offer refunds, we are dedicated to ensuring you are satisfied with your purchase. If you need a replacement, please follow the guidelines below:

Eligibility for Replacements:

  • Timeframe: You have 7 calendar days from the date of delivery to request a replacement.
  • Condition: The item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition as when you received it, with all original packaging and tags intact.
  • Proof of Purchase: A receipt or proof of purchase is required to process your replacement request.

Non-Replaceable Items:

  • Custom/Personalized Items: Products that have been customized or personalized according to your specifications.
  • Sale Items: Items purchased during a sale or with a discount are non-replaceable unless defective.
  • Damaged or Used Items: Items not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error are not eligible for replacement.

Replacement Process:

  • Initiating a Request: Contact us at admin@thegenesis.store with your order details and reason for replacement.
  • Approval: Upon approval, we will provide you with instructions on how to return the item.
  • Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure the item reaches us.
  • Inspection: After we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your replacement and notify you of the shipment.

Damaged or Defective Items:

  • Notification: If you receive a damaged or defective product, notify us within 24 hours of delivery.
  • Proof: Provide clear images of the damaged item along with your order number.
  • Replacement: Upon approval, we will replace the item at no additional cost.

Shipping Costs:

  • Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for replacement items.
  • Non-Refundable: Shipping costs are non-refundable.
